Miami Woman's Club

The Miami Woman’s Club is a historic waterfront property on Biscayne Bay at 1737 North Bayshore Drive in Miami. The building is a notable example of Mediterranean Revival and Spanish Renaissance Revival architecture from circa 1926, and today it also serves as home to major hospitality destinations, including Casadonna, developed in partnership between Tao Group Hospitality and Groot Hospitality, and Klaw Steakhouse, which operates within the restored Miami Woman’s Club landmark. Zayoun Group’s role is focused on building management and long-term stewardship. This includes overseeing maintenance planning, vendor coordination, building systems and upkeep, and ongoing improvements that preserve the property’s character while keeping it reliable and well maintained for its users. The priority is consistent operational oversight that protects the asset’s integrity and supports smooth day to day functionality.
