Carmine Zayoun is a principal of Zayoun Group, where he helps lead the firm’s vision across development and construction, real estate asset management, hospitality, and diversified investments. With more than 20 years of experience, he plays an active role in identifying opportunities, guiding operations, and building long-term value across the group’s portfolio.
Under Carmine’s leadership, Zayoun Group has grown into a multi-sector organization with $250 million in assets under management, 25+ portfolio ventures, and operations spanning three countries: the United States, Canada, and Turkey. His approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, allowing the group to expand thoughtfully while maintaining a strong operational foundation.
With a background in engineering and business, Carmine brings a disciplined and solutions-oriented perspective to every stage of the investment lifecycle, from acquisition and development through operations and long-term asset performance.
